Our intranet Focal Review tools automate Compensation budget processes, including hierarchical approval, multi-currency, stock grants, lump-sum bonuses, matrix organizations, Performance Appraisal history, forced ranking etc.
This application will:
- help Compensation Managers administer orderly, consistent and rapid Focal Review cycles in complex organizations, focusing on the reviews, not the administration and data transfer;
- involve the Department Managers of the areas supported by each HR representative, and roll up results by organization;
- give all Managers ongoing "Manager Inquiry" insight to the employment history, ranking and stock retention potential of their direct reports;
- enable HR Representatives to review, budget, model and apply compensation adjustments to their departments' employees and submit them for approval;
- provide Business Managers and Executives oversight of their compensation expenses and the ability to model them with what-if functionality;
- support Finance Directors' need for reliable budgeting tools and seamless interface to payroll;
- comply with Information Services standards for security, access, auditability, integration and minimal interference with Production systems.
