PRESIDENT: Andrew Southern - Andrew is President of SpiraLinks and is responsible for product strategy and business development for Focal Review and the SPortal mid-office products. He is a founder of both SpiraLinks and its strategic process consulting sibling, Katalyst Consulting. He was previously Director of Systems Strategy and Architecture at Amdahl Corporation, and Operations Manager, European Finance Director and Plant Controller at Bendix, United Technologies and Ford Motor Company. He was co-founder of a yacht financing company in France, which supported his love of sailing for a while. He also rows, skis, hikes and plays golf with his children. Andrew holds a BA in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD at Fontainebleau
	GENERAL MANAGER: Julie Ritter - Julie is General Manager of SpiraLinks, manages current operations and is the subject matter expert and coordinator of our outside design team for Focal Review. Julie joined SpiraLinks in 1996 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she was Senior Manager in San Jose and Project Director for SAP implementations and Electronic Commerce. Before that she had been HRIS manager and development engineer at Sun Microsystems and worked on trading systems at the Chicago Board of Trade. She currently divides her time between California and the UK where she runs one of our major international accounts. Julie has two children and is an avid skier and tennis player. She graduated in Computer Science from the University of Southern Illinois at Carbondale and is a member of the Silicon Valley Women in Technology group and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.
	CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER: Mark Bean - Mark is responsible for all product development and technical architecture. He is responsible for building and maintaining Focal Review and our SPortal mid-office products. He joined SpiraLinks in 1995 from Visa International and Wells Fargo where he was responsible for building home banking tools and for network capacity analysis. He had earlier worked for Amdahl Corporation as a business operations analyst and capacity planner for worldwide data center and network operations. Mark is a fanatical skier and ice hockey player. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA and MBA.
