LGRC provides novice rowing lessons for adults in group sessions several times each year. Ten hours of instruction over two weekends in eight-oared rowing shells give new rowers a taste of the sport. Participants become provisional members for the duration of the lessons plus an additional three months. Following the three month provisional membership, novices can join the Club if they wish to continue rowing. Cost for the lessons is $250 per person, and please sign up at least 1 month before the session is scheduled to start.
